Is there two different versions of the microtech vector? I heard one is better made then the other, i'm looking to buy a vector and want to make sure i get the better made one, Can anybody help me out. Thanks

The only versions that I know of are auto and manual. There are different blade finishes, and PE and SE. I own an auto PE stonewash and I think it's a great little knife.

Sounds like Dragon Man is right to me. I had a manual version and endded up selling it. Pretty cool knife, not sure why I sold it, they're worth a look.

Well i was just wondering becuase i've seen some vectors that say vector-m on the blade and some just say vector.

It might stand for manual. Make sure you know how big it is before you buy it though. A couple of different users here and myself bought them because the look cool but when we got them we found that they seem very small "in hand". Mine was also hard to open because of the size. Still looked cool though.:)

Just checked your link, didn't know Pirela designed it. Seems about right though, too bad it wasn't just a touch bigger.

The Vector-M is the non-auto (open using the thumbstud) and the Vector is the auto (push the button).

That's the only difference.
