I posted a question about this knife last week, but I now have some better pictures.
This is a Case 9 dot Elephant Toe Nail 1971.
I'm trying to work a trade in the sales forum, and I have no idea what this knife may be worth. Note that the larger blade has a small amount of pitting, and the small blade has an almost unnoticeable amount of pitting. I had the knife polished today to remove some rust, and some pits were left over. The polish job really made the blades shine though.

HI KC SLIM!!!

KC,

Can you read the model number off the tang? That will help to confirm the handle material. I expect that the number should read 6250.

Also, the closed length should be 4 3/8" let us know if it is something else.

BTW, Bernard Levine's knife Identification Forum would have been a better place to post this; however we can probably deal with this over here.

Yes it is a 6250, and the closed length is correct.

In mint condition I have seen these sell in the 90 to 120 dollar range, more if the handle is bone or stag, but the handle appears to be jigged wood in the picture. (not sure on that).

Don't mean to rain on the parade, but typically it is not a good thing to polish or heavily clean an old knife that might be a colectable. A good rule of thumb is if it can not be cleaned up with toothpicks. oil and Q-Tips it is best to leave it. A straight pin carfully used is good to remove any rust pits that are active.
