quick and dirty kitchen

4" blade, 4.5" handle, 1080. Ground on one side at about 10 degrees, small bevel on backside. I like to make these just to test blade geometry and they don't take long to do. Second picture shows staining after one use (raw chicken). I have a feeling I am going to have a kitchen full of these things before long.
