Quick CS Trailhawk carry method???

Just got my first CS Trailhawk in today in preparation for a back-country hike this weekend. . .I didn't think of how I was gonna carry it around so now I need to figure out a quick way to conveniently pack this thing around until I have time to make a leather carry sheath.

Do you guys have any suggestions. . .I need something simple and easy to make with materials that are easy to find.

Cut a hole in the bottom of a cheap fanny pack

Look at the local hardware store for an extra hammer loop that would normally slide on a tool belt. I have used one on my belt, ona pack, etc.

I didn't know they made the extra hammer loop things that would be perfect!
