Quick Customer Service question

Just curious here. I recently got my first Chris Reeve knife (secondhand), and have sent it in for a good cleanup. I know they say 4-8 weeks on the website and the email I received confirming that they have the knife. But I'm curious how long in everyone's recent experience is it really taking? 4-8 weeks? Faster? Slower? Either way, is fine, I'm just curious since I haven't done this before.

I haven't sent anything to them in years. When I did it was a month turnaround which I felt was pretty amazing.

I have one in there for 3-4 weeks now. No word yet.

6 - 8 weeks on the few I've sent in. I think it varies with their workload, upcoming events and releases, etc... They've never exceeded the estimate with me and if they are doing a no charge, it will just show up at your house without notice.
