Steve G., just contacted me with information that this is likely Jim Fergusen twist damascus. That might be helpful. Thanks, Steve.

FYI- According to Jim Ferguson:

"The knife is a collaborated effort between Bill Herndon and myself. The F &
H. stands for Ferguson & Herndon. We did three or four pieces together
about 12 to 14 years ago."
