Yes that is the one downside I see with it... Maybe they will read this thread and make a design adjustment before production!!

Since it's a tail-mounted pocket clip, it would be REALLY cool if it can be simply pivoted for a spine-, left-, or right-sided clip. I had a couple of knives with spine-side pocket clips and they always say awkwardly, which caused me to not carry/use them as much.
