Nothing groundbreaking here, Just a quick overnighter alone to get away. This pond is pretty much my favorite place on earth. I feel fortunate to spend a lot of time here. Not a lot of pictures because I left late and had to make camp in the dark.

My hammock setup.

The campsite.

Took along some Beckers.

Got to test out some new gear. ( the BK-2 is not new)

My view in the morning.

With the modern convenience of paint in a spray can, idiots can be idiots out in the woods too!

It was a good time. can't wait for next time.

Aside from the graffiti, those are some stellar pics. Great post. Which Helle is that?

sweet tarp/hammock setup. I really miss those changing tree colors back east. The woods from above always looks amazing this time of year. Not a bad view waking up.

Nice pics. Much better scenery than where I was camping out in Maine a couple of weeks ago---KTP parking lot.:D

Yeah, I can't imagine that being in my top 10 outings either.

Beautiful spot to play with new toys. You guys have some color going, love it.

Beautiful. Father in law was just saying how brilliant the leaves are in Vermont. That Helle is freaking sweet. I need one in my life.

Nice pics, great looking place to be I bet. Shame about the idiots with the spray paint though, I hate graffiti!

Thanks a lot guys. It was a good time, nice and quiet and completely alone.

This pond in in Oxford county. Forest pond. You guys have seen it before and you will see it again. I've been going here since I was in middle school.
