Quick Paid Subscription Quetion

Just wanting to verify whether I need a Basic, or Gold membership to list a knife trade thread?

My confusion comes due to the Trade: Knife & Tools thread Announcement here, versus the actual paid subscription page, which states a Gold level membership is required...

Per the rules for the Exchange: BASIC MEMBERS - Basic members are not allowed to post items for sale. You may post items for Trade in the Wanted To Trade Forums, or post requests for items to purchase in the Wanted To Buy Forums.
