I just wrote a small review of my take on the Maxpedition 10x4 bottle holder/day hike kit over on WSS (http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=602157&page=9) and thought I'd let you know since the Izula is a primary part of the kit. I love the multiple ways one can attached the Izula to any kit. I really like it attached to the shoulder strap on this kit. It rides at the perfect position to reach it while sitting, standing, or crouching. (The RC 4 I bought with it rides on my belt, in case anyone is wondering:thumbup:)

Thanks for sharing. It seems RATs get over well with us over at the W&SS forum.

Thanks for the comments. It is a paracord bracelet I picked up for a guy here on the forum. It's approx. one piece of paracord 25' long. Great survival item. It's good to wear in the Fall/Winter, but does collect a little moisture from the skin during spring/summer hiking, which is why I attach it to the kit.

I have a few of those bracelets as well as a watch with a band made the same way, it's a great way to carry extra cord and still look super fashionable:D.
