Probably a stupid question, but can I carry a knife in to Blade show? Do they put a zip-tie or something on it to make sure you aren't stealing it?
Also, what exactly are the laws about Atlanta in general? I looked it up and it said a 3" blade that doesn't lock is legal. Is that right?

Not a stupid question. I asked a similar question last year. You can carry them on your person. I carried two last year to show friends.

The thing that always gets me about the Blade show, is several dealers, makers, importers and show attendees bring THOUSANDS of switchblades accross state lines and or import them into the USA and then accross state lines to sell them at this show. I don't remember the Altanta law and or the GA state law, but this is a clear violation of the federal importation law, and commerce law...The Italian makers bring stuff into the USA and sell it there and dealers from all over sell them after crossing state lines with them.....The good thing is I suppose you could argue selective enforcement if the Feds ever went after you for the same thing as this show would be like shooting fish in a bowl for them to catch offenders....
