Quick question about Busse scales

Hi,
I was hoping someone could give me some opinions on Busse grips. I've never had a chance to hold any Busse knives. The only thing I have to go on is a friends Swamp Rat Rodent 6. The first thing I noticed was that the scales seemed really thin. How do the grips on similar sized and larger Busse knives compare? From the pictures I've seen they seem to have more palm swell and contour than the R6. I haven't decide which Busse I want yet but I'm mainly looking at the med-larg choppers.

They're actually plenty thick. If you want to know how thick any handle is on any specific model, you can always ask that too!

There are several different thicknesses of handles used on Busse knives. There are standard and magnum that are either machined or hand shaped. The magnum machined and hand shaped fill your hand very well, and the standard a slimmer. The handles used on most medium to large blades feel quite good. Thickness on the stock of the blade makes a difference as well. Take a look at the picture thread in the stickies and you should get an idea of the different handle types.
