You guys recommended the .093" kydex for sheathes and I was about to order some when I realized I needed some rivets, eyelets, screws, ect. Amazon has screws and eyelets already recommended on the kydex page, but I wanted your opinion on what I should get.

Here is the link Kydex at Amazon . Scroll down to the 'frequently bouth together' category and let me know if these are the right size for sheaths. Or just let me what you use.

Maybe I'm going blind but I don't see the size of the rivets...

I just ordered a sheath kit from knife kits.com it comes with everything you need to get started sans something to seat the rivets with... that can be bought on the same site for a few bucks more

edit: by rivets i mean eyelets
edit: and it doesn't include a press...

Your opinions are always welcome but I've decided to go with a knife kit (thanks for the link theHobbyist.

Strange as it is Walmart sells the setter for most common size eyelets ,not a really high quality one .I have used it for years.

Anytime! I also shop at http://www.usaknifemaker.com the prices are a bit higher but they have a much bigger selection. I got my scale material from them. Just keep poking around the forums others will chime in on other posts where they get their supplies from.

I wish I had known that before I spent $11 bucks on mine lol... but honestly I'm not sure if they would carry it in our walmarts... I'll have to go and check

Have gotten all my material and hardware from KnifeKits until recently, still get some. Found that I like the eyelets and dies better from usaknifemaker. They claim to be premium eyelets, and i personally like the end product better. Just my two cents......
