Quick question about the exchange

I plan on purchasing knife blanks from a seller, and re-handling them. Am I cool to sell them with my current membership, or do I need to up it to craftsman? A buddy will be making the sheaths, an he is already a certified craftsman here. All I will be doing is sharpening and putting on a handle.
