There was an Endura 4 a few years ago that came in Foliage Green G-10 scales. Anyone know if it was a sprint or a dealer exclusive? And if the latter, which dealer?

Not a Sprint or Exclusive. It was limited production. Sales weren't good enough to keep it in the lineup. Same with the G-10 Delica.
