Quick question on On/Scene Kydex

This is just a simple yes/no question about
the waistband clip that comes with the On/
Scene sheaths. I looked for my answer in
pics, but found none that had a view of the
back of the sheath.
Does the "J"(side with the hook) go inside
the waistband or attach to the back of the
sheath(this is NOT an IWB piece)?

The sheath is ambidextrous, and the clip has several mounting options. Yes, it can be configured for IWB (both left and right handed, vertical or canted at 45 degrees).
It was easier to make a couple of quick scans than try to describe it in detail.

Here are the sheath and clip. Using the middle hole in the clip allows the sheath to be mounted at a 45 degree angle.

Basic 5 sheath with the clip removed so you can see the mounting holes.

Here is a side view of the clip with the screws and washers installed. The washers normally go between the clip and the sheath.

When mounted IWB, the sheath goes inside the waistband, and the clip curves over the waistband and belt. The "j" secures the clip under the belt.
