quick question

When the knives are listed on HI's site it'll say for example 15" ang khola. Does the 15" refer to blade length or overall length?

That is the over all length. Since a khukuri is angled, it is from the tip straight across to the middle of the end of the handle approximately. It doesn't try to bend around with the blade in other words.
