How come you dont hear so much about bob terzuolas knives?Do they not compare to a emerson or reeve or any other custom maker? Its just I hear so much of these other guys and nothing about bobs folders. I own a ATCF with carbon fiber scales and ti bolsters it is a awsome knife!!!so why dont we hear much about him? and what are your opions on his stuff?? thanks and yes I own a sebenza also whew great knife to!!

Edge1:
I own a folder from each of the makers you mentioned..Emerson CQC6..Terzuola.Ti ATCF..and a large decoreted Sebenza.
I will answer your question from my point of view and it is just that my point of view.

Emerson--
Has a rather long lead time for any of his knives, people with 5yr old invoices are wanting to know when they will take delivery of there knives as I would be if I hadent purchased on the aftermarket,so when one of the lucky members receives his custom Emerson he posts to let people know that his wait is over,He then may put the knife up for sale on the aftermarket for sale forum which in turn causes a heated debate about prices on the aftermarket for Emerson Customes $1300.00 for a CQC6 when last I checked, the seller only paid around $525.00 for the knife from Emerson, people are dumbfounded as to why anyone would pay $1300.00 for a $500.00 knife and rightfully so IMHO,so this is an ongoing cycle for years to come.
Emerson has earned his place in the knife making community, payed his dues and is not at fault for the price of his knives on the aftermarket, they are worth what people will pay for them. $525.00 for an Emerson custom is good price for a good knife $1300.00 for an Emerson custom is for bragging rights to own somthing that so many people want.

Sebenza--
This one is pretty simple,is it custom or is it production,if production is it worth $300.00+,Reeves has a very loyal following and anytime anyone has anything negative to say about them then the entire faimly jumps in to defend them.
I have a Sebenza I paid the money,I like the knife.

Terzuola--
I have never heard a negative word about Bob Terzuola, there has to be a reason for this, quality, customer service, commitment to to the knife making and buying community I think would describe Bob and his knives.
Both of the other makers you mentioned have negative threads on the board most of the time from people that are not familiar with there product or just dont like them for whatever reason,so what we see from Emerson and Reeves is double exposure, positave and negative,Bob only gets the positive from what Ive seen

Just my rant

Kevin
