Quick Question

I want to use gun bluing on the logos of my RAT knives and remember seeing others did so but I cant locate the threads. I have never done this before and wanted to know how...also wanted to make sure it wouldnt stain any part of the blade coating other than the exposed steel on the logos. thanks

Wipe the areas to be blued with alcohol to remove any grease. Then apply the bluing with a cotton swab rubbing the bare metal and occasionally re dipping the swab. When you have achieved the depth of blue you want rinse with water, dry and lightly oil.
The bluing has no effect on the surrounding paint, only the bare metal of the laser etching and the knifes edge.
