Hey guys,

Just wondering, was the entire becker line going to switch over and get the sam kind of coating, sheaths and spare scales like the tweeners? Because, if so, I need to gimme some more BECKERS  ;)

Yes to coating.
No to extra scales.
No to sheaths.
Yes to lazer etching.
Yes to handle material. Kinda. From grivory to zytel.
No to everything else.

Kinda funny because many of us end up stripping the blades and getting aftermarket sheaths and handles, which means that functionally, there's not that much difference. Maybe with the new coating people won't strip the blades as often.

dont count on it Count!

least not in MY house LOL

Does anyone know how this new coating holds up? If it's better than the old coating I'll probably hold off on getting a BK5.

I like the new coating.......it strips off a lot easier than the old one. ;)
