I'm not one to question the way this site is run as it is the very best. Is a technical issue or just the way the site works now?

I wish it were back too. Members keep reporting posts when they mean to reply to someone. Makes for unnecessary work for moderators.

It is a technical issue. Spark disabled it to take some pressure off the system.
