Quick tweener factory sheath question

Just to help me settle a debate......All of the factory tweener sheaths are the same aren't they? No difference from the 15,16, and 17 correct? I've been told by another forum member they have different liners but I'm fairly certain that is incorrect.
 
there might be different GENERATIONS, or improvements, but the INTENTION is they are the same. period :)
