Quiet day of fishing in Galveston

No bites. Enjoying the quiet time. My Kershaw got sharpened yesterday. that mullet is no match!

I'm from the Galveston area. I live in Santa Fe. I love fishing in the Texas City Dike area. Certain area's in the surf down Galveston, and Bolivar, way are good also. Some of the rock groins along the sea wall produce well. The North Jetty across the ferry on Bolivar produces well. The South Jetty on the East side of Galveston Island produces pretty good also. Some of the spots take a bit of work to get to, but well worth while.
