Elephant Ivory handle (was stabilized by K & G knife supplies) Blade length is 10 3/4 inches, overall is 17 inches. Blade at guard is 3/8th thick. My Damascus of 1095 and nickel. Nickel silver fittings. This is a big dagger in hand. Fun one to build. Hope you like it. Dan

I cannot believe in today's time such craftsmanship is still available, it's amazing:thumbup:

Shawn, the guard is three pieces but what is great is that whoever buys it, I will give the option of making different quillons that will change the look. The ones on it now unscrew and can be replaced by other ones I can make that will be a little smaller or bigger.

One of the finest I've ever seen! I can actually see a 14th or 15th century King carrying this one to a ceremony of some sort! Truly remarkable!!! My Dear sir, You are an artist, and you have inspired me!
