I can't help here, but I have been looking, too. I've checked several suppliers and searched the internet for quince burl. There must be a lot of it, It is popular now, with companies like Kershaw and A G Russell using lots of it, especially now that stag is gone, people are looking for new plentiful but beautiful handle materials. Quince Burl is great looking.

We've looked for quince burl also. I'm familiar with quince shrub but I've never seen a burl. I suspect it comes from Asia. Most of the knives that have quince scales are made in Asia.
