Quoting from thread to thread

OK...I give up!!! Can a post from one thread/Forum be quoted into another ?
I have tried everything that came to my mind, but all I get is a link to show up.


How does one quote a post with images and all, into a different thread/ forum ?

Thank you for any help, or direction to a sticky or FAQ .

It should just be follows:go to the post that you want the quote from,hit the reply with quote button,copy what's in the dialogue box and paste into where you want the quote to be.
