Has anybody heard of a knifemaker R. Alldeon from Memphis? I found a 10 and a half inch blade, antler handle and oval brass cross guard Bowie Knife at an antique shop in Wyoming. The blade is marked "R. Alldeon - Memphis". On the other side of the blade is 4 interlaced rings.
It seems that the blade is UNSHARPENED and is chemically treated to a beautiful patina.
