I know its not knife related, but another truly great man passed away.
John Nosler, the founder of Nosler bullets passed away at the age of 97 on Sunday...
Nosler bullets was started and continues to operate here in Bend, Oregon.
I never worked at Nosler, but have used their products for years. I consider myself fortunate to have met and talked to the man a couple times.
I have friends that worked for Nosler in years past, and have never heard a bad word spoke of him or the rest of the family. People like John Nolser are truly are rarity, and he will be missed deeply.
He retired in 1988, but still went in to the office regularly to visit with th eemployess and hand out candy
Smoke going up for the family, friends and employees at Nosler
