R.J. Custom Knives - Does Anybody Have One? Or personal info on them?

I was cleaning/organizing the safe and came across a gift someone gave me about two years ago - a custom “Iron Bear” from R.J. Knives (pics below). Anyways, does anyone own one? Or have any info on the makers? I searched here on BF but came across nadda. Thanks
