R3 grind?

hey guys i just recently bough a R3 and i am wondering about the grind
here are my questions;
is the R3 a convex or full flat grind?
is it a good slicer?

The R3 is advertised on SRKW as a saber grind for the CG offering.


For what I know, which is VERY LITTLE, the Custom Shop will offer some more options.

I think it's the 'convex saber grind', but it's almost flat grind.

You'll need to thin out the edge for it be be a slicer.
