A few pics of the Adirondak Patch Knife that was raffled off, and the sheath I just finished for it. I am making a Nessmuck now to send to Steve for Ram's fund. I'll post pics of that one as well today.

That's great! I'm loving your stuff lately, especially those cute little patch knives. Hope you stick with it. :thumbup:
 
Thanks Novadak. Send me your address and I'll send you my first one. Got three more of the butcher knives in now. Just trying to decide what to do with them. Adirondak patch knives for sure though. Its becoming one of my favorites too. Wait till you cut with one.

the only thing wrong with his sheaths is that i don't have enough knives living in them :)

Thanks guys. I'm kinda proud of this sheath. Its got the liner spilling over the top lip and sewn down on the face. Makes it look really finished. The knife fits in there good and snug too. I can't say enough about how much I like this knife. What a cutter.
 
Man, that's great work. Have you been working leather a long time? I remember when you made that first Puuko. God, your work has progressed incredibly. This is really top-notch stuff.

I learned it all here. 100%. Didn't make my first sheath till maybe last December. You could do a search. Its all here. I hope you guys aren't getting tired of me bogging you down with this stuff. Its exciting for me.

BTW. Hollowdweller won this knife! If I could get the dang USPS website up today it would have shipped today. Otherwise it'll be tomorrow or Monday. Yours will ship at the same time Novadak!
 
Thanks Munk. I'm going to do a khuk rig with a couple of these I think. Sort of Americanize the idea and all that.

I got the Adirondak Patch Knife today, Andy. What a neat little knife! I keep looking around the apartment for things to use it on. Great sheath, too. Thanks again -- nice work! :thumbup:
