Rag/Epoxy handle material tutorial

If I'm not mistake, some time back there was an article in either Blade or KI with a nice tutorial on making Rag handle material, and right now I can't find it!
Does anyone remember which mag and which issue?
Or was it on-line?

Look for posts by Ariel Salaverria. He's on almost all forums. The last knife I got from him was in bluejean rag micarta.
