Rag Micarta?

Ive just started to make Micarta, And I intend to sell it. I just read this small article about rag Micarta, It sounds really valuable, And I want to know what it is? And what is it?
Id like to make some of it if possible.

it's literally micarta made with rags... I think you've just been reading hype, like most things, good quality micarta is always in demand, whether its canvas or linen or burlap or 'rags'... if you want yours to be valuable make sure it's interesting and has no voids
