Rainbow Leek's SpeedSafe torsion bar broken on almost new leek :-(

Hello!

Hello

There is a problem with my Kershaw Rainbow Leek - SpeepSafe torsion bar broke after one month of knife usage, since I bougth it. It's very sad, SpeedSafe is one of the key features of this knife. Please tell me how we can solve this problem - I'm living out of the USA :confused:

And if there is any possibility - I'll be very appreciated if I can also receive another one SpeedSafe springs - one to install and another to have spare is this problem will appear again.

No worries on this front dude.
Go to www.kershawknives.com
Click on contact us
Select warranty service from the drop down
Enter your info (address and such)
Enter the knife model number
Click the box for torsion bar
And sit back and wait for it to reach your mail box.

Warranty serivce rarely sends out just a single torsion bar (especially since you are international), however, you may want to put in the notes section that you would like to have a few for reserves. You shouldn't have any troubles, but, if you do email me and I will see if I can dig out a spare or 2 to send you.

Hi Andrey,

We will gladly send the parts you have requested. They will ship today, so you should receive them soon.

Now I think I need to wait about one week to receive package... I hope it will not be lost at some post office :-(
