Rainbow Shallot ????

One of my e-sites is taking pre-orders for a Rainbow Shallot.... 1840VIB

Anyone know anything about it...???? Thomas ???

The 1840VIB is not a cataloged regular production knife. There may be someone that stepped up to do a boutique run of them, but I'l have to get back to you with a confirmation.

Thomas.... I emailed the e-site asking them when it would be available and if the whole knife was going to be rainbow or just the blade.....they responded back with.....

"We don't have them in yet and I don't see a pic of them on Kershaw's
website.

Most of their VIB stuff is all rainbow, even the handle, however, they do
have black handle models too.

We just do not know yet.

The stainless Shallot is now available, so if you like, you can check back
with us in a few weeks and we might have more info for you."


I was wondering if you may have found out anything about a special run on them and weather or not they will be solid rainbow or just the blade.
Any info would be much appreciated.
