Raindrop CGG Finish Wear

I recently received a large Sebenza in a trade and it has the Raindrop CGG designed finish. I love the knife and while this isn't my first CRK, this is my first graphic CRK and was curious how the "brushed" (for lack of better description) finish holds up.

I don't mind the snail trails that a regular CRK gets but am curious how the graphic side will hold up with use?

I don't have safe queens but I hope the graphic side wears better than the lock side. Here is a picture for those not familiar with the Raindrop design.

 
It's counter-intuitive, but the polished slabs show scratches much less readily than the bead blast. I carry them in pocket with keys and change and they look new at a glance. The scratches that do occur are only visible in certain light, at a certain angle.

That knife will be a great user, and I'm thinking the raindrop pattern will add some nice grip to the otherwise slippery polished slabs.

Awesome, I was hoping that was the case. The knife is beautiful and adds a different look to my normal Edc rotation.

They hold up very well. I can show you pics of CRK CGG that are filled with snail trails and they still look great.

I have a small lefty Sebenza with normal wear and think it looks great.
 
my first sebenza is just raindrop cgg one that i carry now. i have to say that the satin finish works pretty well. only scratch on cgg slab of mine is in the area above the logo(i've attached pics for you),which is caused by my accidental dropping on the wood floor.as you can see the scratch is not very easy to be seen. you can't imagine how hard i took this relatively clear shot that only can be caught in certain angle and under the right condition of the light as well. hope it'll help.
