Here's the last of my Christmas orders to ship out. It's a raised clip hunter. It's a little different style than my other hunters I build but it's really comfortable to hold. The raised clip gives the thumb a nice natural place to rest.

1080, edge quenched
Stabilized golden amboyna burl handle
Tapered tang

Not sure why the pics are all grainy. Never had that happen before. I'll try for better ones in a bit.

Gorgeous wood on that knife. I have a couple blocks of that golden amboyna burl, and I'm saving them for special projects. That knife looks very comfortable to hold and use. :)

That's a very good looking, functional and well executed little Hunter.
Love the overall and especially the blade profile.
What's the approximate dimensions?

Thank you guys for the comments. I appreciate it.

Kevin, thanks for reminding me I forgot the dimensions.

8 1/4" overall
3 1/2" of actual cutting edge
About 4" from tip to the front of the scales
Just shy of 3/16" thick at the ricasso and tapers to about 1/16" thick at the tang.
