Hi guys. I recently got a Rajah 2 and the lock was a little strange when disengaging. I took it apart and noticed something else. The pin in the handle that lies beneath the spring (I assume giving strength to the grivory) was very short. It seems like if seated in one scale it falls below the grivory. So I wonder if it even goes in either of the liners most of the time.

I will add some pics and was hoping any of you could tell me if yours is the same or is my pin too short. Thanks!

Alright it drove me crazy so I eventually made my own pin and took a long time to get it just the right length. But now the centering is off to about 1mm from the scale, it's not rubbing but almost. I tried and can't get the centering better. All of my other CS folders has perfect or almost perfect centering. It's not the end of the world but I'm just scared I caused a problem of some kind with my own pin. Lockup is solid and operation is fine though..

That is strange!
As for the centering, did you try the usual tricks?
Tighten pivot fully, then the body screws. If centering is off, loosen body screws and wedge blade to opposite side and retighten. Loosen pivot to desired level.

I just tried that and the centering is still a bit off but it's better than it was. Thanks!
