it is awesome and i would buy it in a second if i had not just picked up that duichirra !-- hope this one sticks around ! (whoever got that sweet bowie needs to just get a loan and get this one to complete the set !)
 
I really like this; it's exactly my kind of sword. I don't however get the inlay in the blade. Inlay in that area would likely be destroyed if the blade was used for cutting. ????

A good philosophy to life, better than most at least. I had the pleasure of serving one here in Minnesota. The waits were curious as to what religion he was. It is a shame so many sikhs in major cities ignore a cornerstone of their faith and substitute a real working blade for a decorative necklace or other charm.

That is one amazing sword.
 
Good Evening to all, the brass inlay will not destroyed the blade during use chopping or cutting.
In past HI sold several knives and Swords with brass inly and we have not have one complain from our customer.
 
:):)Hi, Aunti. I am sorry if my question caused you concern. I think I wasn't clear. I have no concern over the strength of the blade. I own better than two dozen HI knives and swords at this point and none have ever given me reason to doubt.

Anyway I'm hoping this one might stick around a few more days at which time I will be able to buy it. :)
 
I believe it will, I agree with uncle that the knives will find who they should be with ! so just borrow and beg john t or work ye butt off!, to own this unique thing ( be sure had i not totally drained my accounts this month I would be)-- look out , I will have more money in august so many of you will not be able to get blems and deals of the day. :D

If it's meant to be it's meant to be. I think Auntie is pretty good to deal with if all you need is a little time.

I'll have to be on top of my game next month with Gehazi on the prowl with money. Oh wait, I lack the money, looks like its gonna be a good month for Gehazi. Good for you.

agreed man, I managed to get that trisuli ghaule like yours and i truly love it, its lines are so perfect ! in my time here i have come to feel the same, these blades go where they should be ! im so glad john got the raj finally ! I have not been disappointed a single time in my numerous dealings, both in stock and deals of the day. love the idea of this and the fighting bowie together (with someone somewhere!)

:) Gehazi, I will make sure you get most of those blems and DOTD in August, but not all of them ... :P

My two from 7/26 blems should be here in a couple days. It will be a historic day (for me) as I never owned a khukuri before. Gotta fix the handle first before I can do some wood chopping test with them. But it should be minor work.

The trisuli ghaule is truly a work of art. I love mine, it just feels super in the hand and beautiful to boot.
I'm trying to use restraint on these DOD's as I really really want a Mini AK Bowie for some reason. Don't know where it's coming from. The big model never really blew my dress up but the Mini, it's singing to me....badly.
