Every time I think I got every HI knife I could ever want, I get a new one tossed that is a must have.

This one sings loudly. Sharp looking knife (pun fully intended).

Have to ponder the double edge deal, don't think we're allowed to have those, might hurt ourselves. Guess I could file it a bit and make it a false edge.

Really love this one, love to hold it.

I really love this shape. David bought a larger version a few months ago I really liked!!

I love mine. It's basically a curvier version of an Ultimate Fighter. More practical, I think, because it's lighter weight and more maneuverable, but still a very robust blade. The heavily curved handle is amazingly comfortable.

If you hadn't posted the picture, I would have.

Very nice, I like the size and shape. I have to think on it for a little, maybe I'll ask auntie if she has another.
 
I really like that 14" what knife too! I wonder how
often they come up. I didn't see any in inventory.
