It turns out I had joined this forum a while back to get back in touch with what my old friend "oupa" was doing. I had forgot about it during my busy summer season of work though.

Anyway, after checking it out.......... I had to get one of these for me and "oupa"......... sweet looking knife........... :thumbup:

yep - better all around, if you ask me.

12C27 is more stainless and easier to sharpen/polish.
