There's actually some pretty good hollow handle knives out there like the Chris Reeve one piece range and knives by Farid

I am a fan, and I really want a Farid. I've owned Lile's, Crain's, Randall 18, and several Reeves.

I watched Jimmy Lile put the finishing touches on the prototype Rambo. No claim to fame, just a thought from an old coot! I had one years ago and found the only thing I liked about it was the "pride in ownership".
