Gil Hibben made the Rambo III knife. I think he would be most likely to do so again for Rambo IV. I actually checked out some website claiming there will be a Rambo IV. This is just hearsay but apparently the premise will be John Rambo infiltrating a militia run by none other than the sheriff from the first one. We'll see I guess.
