Rambo Styled KA-BAR from Half-Life

Anyone ever seen a replica of the awesome knife from Half Life: Opposing Force? I understand that it fictional - drawn by artists. But has there ever been a similar knife which I could obtain?

You could always purchase, for perhaps $80 USD, the Rambo: First Blood Part II knife. Marketed by United Cutlery, the knife is visually nice but of relatively low quality for what you pay; it's basically a fantasy blade. I own one that was a gift, and I like having it around, though I don't use it for anything.
