Good to be back in the shop after several months. Weather has been fantastic down here in Mississippi and I'm finally getting some things done. Here's a hunter/utility with 1084, 1095, & 15n20 ladder damascus. The client requested a 416 stainless guard & spacer, silicon bronze filework & pins, and ram's horn. Here's what I came up with. Pretty much my standard hunter design but he wanted it a little larger with a 4 1/2" blade. The grip is meaty and very comfortable. Sheath is made by me. Hand-stitched with farm-raised American Alligator inlay.

man, that is a beautiful knife! Good to see you around the forum, Terry!

Great job on both the knife and the sheath. I've come to appreciate nice sheephorn like that a lot more over the years.

+1 :thumbup: Nice details on the spacer on the knife and belt loop on the sheath as well.

Nice the way you kept the sheep horn texture out where it's supposed to be. It's a beautiful knife Terry.

Beautiful knife. And the sheath is just a huge bonus. I understant those who farm out the sheahts, but it's always cool when a maker does it all.
