...so I used yellow boot laces instead.

I decided to have craft hour with the wife and I wanted to show her how to make a cobra stitch and I wanted to try my hand at a lanyard knot. I dug out a clasp and found my sweet emergency whistle/webbing buckle that I've been meaning to use on something for a while now. I think I'll sew the other side of the buckle to whatever lumbar pack I end up buying and clip something fun to the clasp (flashlight, backup fire steel or mag bar?). Denny didn't alternate her knots and made a spiral stitch, which I've never tried. She gradually tied the knots tighter as she went down which made a really cool taper. It was totally by accident but awesome nonetheless and I might give it a try some time.
I need to get a few hundred feet of para and go to town while the weather is crappy so I'll have lots of neat stuff to bring camping in April. Any of you guys have any new paracord projects?
