this Randall isnt gonna win any contests, but it is still in great shape and is solid as a rock. Razor sharp. The sheath has the usual nicks and dings that a used field knife would have, all the stitching is solid and it works. The Stone has been used and has a small nick on one side. it is still flat.
The knife had alot of patina and dings when I got it, so I took it to the shop, and buffed the heck outta it, looks pretty good, On the side oposite the Randall stamp, a previous owned had his name lightly engraved with a wolf head, its mostly worn off, the wolf head is still visable. Try as I might, I cant get the name to show up on the pics..not clearly anyway.
Overall, if you want a Randall that you can take out on the hunt or the field, this is it, it functions, and is still in great condition. heck send it back to Randall, and make it new again. I am not using it, and just got some new ones in, so this one has to go. Carbon Steel.

I am looking for $300SPF OBO, and Paypal is prefered. USA only, sorry BF friends abroad.

Hopefully it is just the light in the pictures but the edge looks pretty bad from what I can see. Would you consider USPS money order? Still concerned abput edge.

Was this knife ever re-handled? The spacer configuration does not look like anything Randall offers.
Thanks,

its just the light, it takes hair off the arm with no issues..VERY sharp. The tip and edge have no issues to speak of, just some patina on the blade from use (most likely skinning deer), but I polished it up pretty well. Its a user, at a good price and no wait.

I am not a Randall expert AT ALL, so it could have been, infact, I would guess that it was..its a deer antler handle. I dont think I have ever seen one like it either, but someone here would know better than I. it looks and feels great to me.:) Solid with no play.

Carbon. Edited post. Thanks, Gene
