*edit* I just found the Randall specific forum and I’m reposting there. Any insight is still appreciated but I feel I’ll have more success there!

Hey! I have a friend who came into possession of an older Randall Made fixed blade that, by my very brief research, seems to be made in the late 60s. I’m here hunting more info on the model! If anyone has any insight or clues on how to properly identify it I would be grateful! I’m mostly a modern folder guy, so this is a new one for me.

Looks to me like a Randall Model 1 All Purpose Fighting Knife with an 8" blade, full guard and commando handle.

It's a model #1 from the mid 1960's. Great old knife.

Thanks so much for the info!

What does the value look like on these? I was able to track down the S S stamp to 1963-64 as C cut-n-run posted, and it seems like there were very few made as the production time was short, and stainless was a more expensive, rarer option at the time.
