Recently I ordered a Model 2-7 in the same configuration as my Model 1-7 (which was the answer to a dream of nearly 30 years). It was one of my happiest days! These knives are so worth their price, and given the wait time they're even cheaper due to our slight inflation. I'm going to start working on my wife to let me get one each year...
