Due to a rumor going around that the Randall Knife Society miniature Drop Point Hunter is all sold out, we will be extending the order period for current members to order this knife. Current members will have until November 1, to order this knife. A letter will be sent to all members that did not order this knife to date, announcing this order extension.
This knife is selling very well and all knives not purchased by members will be offered in a national ad campaign to generate new membership.
I hope this rumor got started because the last two Randall miniatures sold out in about one week. The Randall shop has a much larger customer base than the 1900 + RKS members.
Another reason for this extension is that the RKS website was down a large portion of last month. This was due to the power outage in Vero Beach, Florida caused by the hurricanes.
New members may order their miniature club knives now. Actually the earlier you order, the sooner you will get your knife as we will be assigning new members knife numbers in the order that they placed their order.
